The apartment is located on the first floor of a period building from 1900, equipped with an elevator. It is a spacious accommodation (85sqm), brand new, furnished with care and functionality to meet the needs of every traveler.
It is also quiet, comfortable and welcoming, with internal spaces suitable for hosting those who want to spend a holiday in Rome in a comfortable central accommodation, located in an elegant neighborhood full of services, shops and clubs.
The rooms are spacious: one of the two, with an en suite bathroom, can accommodate a total of 4 adults. It is possible to accommodate groups of up to a total of 7 members, given the availability of the sofa bed in the common area (living room), as well as babies, as it is equipped with a cot.

It is very well connected to the historic center, as well as to the Termini and Tiburtina railway stations and to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.

From Termini Railway Station, take Metro Line A towards Battistini and get off at Ottaviano station (exit via Barletta).
From Tiburtina FS Station, take Metro Line B towards Laurentina and get off at Termini; take Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano stop (exit via Barletta).
Alternatively, take bus no. 490 in Tiburtina and get off at the Viale delle Milizie / corner of Via Barletta stop (100 meters from the property).
By plane
From "Leonardo da Vinci" Fiumicino Airport, take the "Leonardo Express" train or the shuttle buses to Termini Station and continue with Metro A (direction Battistini and Ottaviano stop, exit via Barletta).
From Ciampino Airport "G. B. Pastine ", take the shuttle buses to Anagnina or Termini Metro Station; from here take Metro Line A towards Battistini and get off at Ottaviano station (exit via Barletta).
On boat
From the Port of Civitavecchia take the train to Roma Termini and then the Metro A direction Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano stop (exit via Barletta).
